What is PIE Factory
PIE Factory is a state of the art enterprise hub bringing education, business and community together. Delivered by the PIE Project Charity and built on the ISS model, it turns learning into confidence, skills and opportunity through real life enterprise experiences for pupils, families, employees and communities.

Why Primary to Prosperity Matters
Primary to Prosperity is a whole life pathway that builds wealth capability from age six to sixty six plus. It focuses on practical understanding of money, value and contribution, supporting long term wellbeing and aspiration while fitting alongside the curriculum rather than adding burden to schools.

WHAT HAPPENS AT PIE FACTORY
• Enterprise education programmes for pupils, parents, employees and communities
• Fully funded IoEE-accredited qualifications
• School, employer and community-led events
• Work experience and volunteering opportunities
• Teacher CPD and enterprise upskilling
• Practical enterprise and STEM challenges linked to the curriculum
IMPACT TO DATE
Schools consistently report improved confidence, communication, teamwork and engagement, particularly among pupils who struggle in traditional academic settings.
By 2026, PIE Factory will deliver over 10,000 IoEE accredited enterprise qualifications for people aged 6 to 66 plus. The delivery model and partnerships are already in place, with the focus now on scaling impact and reaching more communities.
Primary to Prosperity is evolving from individual programmes into place based delivery, creating a joined up pathway that strengthens education, confidence and opportunity across cities and regions.
Schools, businesses and individuals can get involved by supporting delivery, volunteering time, offering work experience or partnering strategically to create lasting, measurable impact.
